Nefeli studied at the University of Patras in Greece in the Department of Theatre Studies. In 2012, Nefeli started her adventure in the hospitality world by working as a waitress for the acclaimed Japanese Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. During her time with Matsuhisa she worked in Mykonos, St Moritz, and eventually London where she got promoted to Head Waiter.
In 2016, Nefeli started a four-year journey with Heston by joining The Fat Duck Group. Between 2016 and 2018 Nefeli held a Head Waiter position at The Fat Duck in Bray. She then moved to support The Hind’s Head as the Assistant Restaurant Manager. Beginning of 2019 Nefeli moved back to The Fat Duck as Assistant Restaurant Manager where she remained until late 2020. She then joined Chef Mark Birchall in his two Michelin Star Restaurant, Moor Hall, as the Restaurant Manager, before moving back to London, where it all started, to take charge of Dinner by Heston together with Ryan.
