Ryan studied at the University of Chester where he graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature & Journalism. In 2012, Ryan started his adventure in hospitality world by working at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel where he held a waiter position. In 2014, Ryan went to Australia and New Zealand where he had various experiences in fine dining restaurants. It enabled Ryan to discover different working environments and he was further exposed to a different approach of working in the industry.
In 2017, Ryan joined Heston and The Fat Duck in Bray. He started as a Junior Waiter and due to his hard work and ambition he progressed through his role and was promoted consequently into the management team. In 2020, Ryan moved to Dubai and joined The Arts Club. He helped to open the first international outpost of the company as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
